Introducing Guest Relationships

At zkipster our mission is to provide powerful event tools that empower our clients to build, nurture and master relationships with their guests. 

It’s never felt more important to understand who your guests are and how they are connected, and to ensure that your guest lists are working as hard as they can be, so our latest tool couldn’t be arriving at a better time: it’s designed to take Guest Relationships to the next level.

The first phase launched in March 2022, and empowers you to define the relationships between guests for the first time - are they spouses or co-workers, for example - and set personalized greetings for each guest. You can also set up and customize form landing and confirmation pages, which can be accessed from the Invitations you build within zkipster.

Guests will be able to RSVP on behalf of other guests, agents will be able to RSVP on behalf of their talent, and related guests can be checked in from the main guest profile set up on the zkipster app. Phase two will launch later this year and will update our Seating tool.
