When would I want to pay per event instead of buying an unlimited event plan?
Paying per event can be useful when you are planning a one-off event, plan events only once or twice a year at most, or are trying zkipster to see how it fits into your workflow.
However, buying an unlimited event plan quickly becomes more economical if you work with guest lists of varying sizes, have a larger event team, plan more than one or two events per year, or want to regularly use professional features like seating and online invitations.
Buying a single event is a useful self-service option if you are comfortable with learning tools on your own, and zkipster is designed to be easy to learn and train teams to use. Plans do also offer additional tiers of support and resources, which can help get the most out of advanced tools, and deal with complex problems or issues on very short notice.

How far in advance do I need to purchase a single event?
You can purchase an event any amount of time before its actual start date. Unused events do not expire once purchased, and are available as soon as payment is processed.
Once an event’s start date begins, the event becomes active. You can edit event details, guest lists, and guest profiles up to 72 hours after the event ends. After that, the event closes and you can no longer edit its data, but you can still view and export the data for reporting at any time.
If you plan to use features beyond check-in, such as seating or online invitations, we do recommend buying your event as far in advance as possible, to ensure you have enough time to take full advantage of all features that may require more of a time window in advance of event day.
Is any of my data saved after an event?
Yes, data from your event is saved on your zkipster account. You can easily access it for future reference, and check it when creating subsequent events.
Can I upgrade an event to a higher tier if I find I need more features?
Yes! Get in touch with our team to upgrade your event. All your data will carry over to the upgraded event, and you can continue working on it seamlessly.
