Daniel is a former financial analyst with broad expertise in customer relationship management. Daniel works out of Hong Kong and London and heads operations, finance and the global client relations team. Goal: Clean up the guest list mess around the world.
Décio has broad experience in both start-up and corporate environments in senior roles and leads our software engineering team in Europe. Goal: Deliver intelligent, fast and reliable solutions for event management.
Louisa is based in Sydney and heads client relations in Asia and Australia. She has previously been working directly for the global CEO of a leading auction house. Goal: Create extraordinary client experiences by empowering teams with the tools to manage their events seamlessly.
Michala is based in New York City and heads client relations in North America. She has previously overseen sales, marketing and operations for emerging tech and media companies. Goal: Power the world's best events with tools that make inviting, checking in, and seating guests seamless.
Olivia is based in London and heads client relations in Europe and the Middle East. Olivia is a former event planner and ran large-scale operations in Fine Art, Fashion and Sports. Goal: Help save precious time on admin for busy event planners everywhere.
Petya is based in New York City and manages success and support channels for North America. She has previously worked with leading fashion brands in roles focused on CRM and marketing. Goal: to set up clients for success in planning and executing the world's best events.
Glenah is based in Los Angeles and works as a Client Relations Associate in the North America region. She has worked previously in media post production, customer service and the hospitality industry. Goal: Ensure clients have all the top event tools and provide exceptional support
Carolin is based in London and manages success and support channels for Europe. She has previously worked for a variety of media companies with a focus on communications, marketing and PR. Goal: Provide event professionals with the best tools and client service.
Rebecca helps to coordinate Client Relations in North America from NYC. She studies at the University of George Washington where she assists with sales, customer service and on-campus events. Goal: Provide event planners with outstanding support to accomplish their goals.
Darren is based in Hong Kong and coordinates client relations in Asia-Pacific. Darren is responsible for helping clients quarterback their execution of excellent events. Goal: To empower organizations to utilize zkipster in their drive towards the digital transformation of events.
Jessica is based in New York City and works as a Client Relations Associate. She has worked diligently in customer service and client facing roles for the past ten years. Goal: Facilitate efficiency and seamless execution for event planners around the world.
David Beinhauer is a former Microsoft enterprise developer with over 12 years experience in software engineering. At zkipster, he runs everything related to the backend of our software. Goal: Keep the best experience possible.
João Gomes is a software engineer with broad expertise in developing web applications. Prior to zkipster, João worked in e-commerce and insurance. Goal: Provide event organizers with the best user experience possible.
Marcelo is a software engineer developing iOS applications. He is the brain behind zkipster's flagship mobile app and he constantly aims for the best user experience possible. Goal: create a digital clipboard that makes users forget about paper.
Paulo is a former enterprise software engineer and technical manager working on projects in Telecom and Finance. Paulo uses all available building blocks to create great web experiences. Goal: Transform event organizers’ dreams into reality.
João Sousa is a former IT consultant with a broad experience in software development. He has worked on telecom and public administration projects before he joined zkipster’s engineering team. Goal: To always find the best solution to any problem.
Michal is a data scientist specialized in social network theory. He is based at ETH Zurich, one of the world’s leading technical universities. Goal: Identify data patterns and drive new products.
Alani is a New York-based marketing strategist and coordinates paid advertising campaigns across Google and social media. Goal: To increase global awareness of zkipster’s unparalleled software and generate a strong user base.
Alex works as a New York-based marketing strategist. He contributes to branding and editorial, generates data insights and works on anything that grows zkipster’s user base. Goal: Make sure event organizers have the best tools.
Catalina is a New York-based designer. She focuses on visual and UI product design. Goal: Design with empathy for user needs and make their experience seamless, intuitive, and constantly better.
James is based in London and shapes zkipster’s products. A background in support and project management, James brings along extensive product experience in FinTech and cloud services. Goal: Deliver a user focused experience making complicated tasks simple.
Ramy leads the New York-based design and user experience team. He is focused on elevating design for all platform users by collaborating with marketing, product, and client relations. Goal: Help event organizers create amazing experiences for their guests.

Julian Jaeger is founder and CEO at HelloBonjour. Prior to that, Julian led partnerships at the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) and worked in similar roles at the World Economic Forum in Geneva and New York.
Jeremy Jurgens Managing Director, Center for Global Industries and Strategic Intelligence at the World Economic Forum. At the Forum, he has held a number of roles, including running the Forum’s annual meetings in Davos, Switzerland, and China, and as head of membership.
Meredith Kendall is Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners in San Francisco. Meredith started her career at Google, was Head of Communications at Hulu, and talent manager on American Idol.
Roxanne Motamedi is a red carpet veteran. In her former role, she built the entertainment department for Getty Images, WireImage, Film Magic and Getty Video and ran the company’s global network of entertainment photographers.
Simon Mulcahy is Chief Innovation Officer at Salesforce. Before that, Simon was their general manager for the financial services industry and spent several years at the World Economic Forum. In his first career, he served up to the the rank of captain in the British Army.
Ismael (Ish) Obregon is the founder and CEO of Oishii Creative, a full-service agency building and evolving brands for leading entertainment and consumer companies. Ish uses strategic insights with compelling creative and the latest technology to forge unique visual solutions.
Hans-Jürg Rufener is the founder of Switzerland’s prestigious event agency, Rufener Events, with offices in Zurich, Buenos Aires, Hamburg, Barcelona and London. Rufener Events organizes events for FIFA, the Dalai Lama, UBS, and IWC.
