Sophia is based in New York and is an Account Executive for the North American region. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland and has several years' customer service experience.

Michala is based in California and is zkipster’s global Head of Sales & Account Management, having previously managed Client Relations in North America. Before joining zkipster she oversaw sales, marketing and operations for emerging tech and media companies.

Jasmine has several years of customer success management experience in hospitality tech, and as a corporate travel agent and product specialist. She is Puerto Rican and based on the East Coast.

Olivia is based in London and is zkipster’s Chief Revenue Officer, heading up client relations and marketing. She is a former event planner who ran large-scale operations in fine art, fashion and sports.

Marcelo is a software engineer developing iOS and Android applications. He is the brain behind zkipster’s flagship mobile apps and constantly aims for the best possible user experience.

An experienced full-stack engineer who takes pleasure in developing great user interfaces and experiences, José was the Lead Developer and Tech Lead for several European companies before joining zkipster.

Paulo is a former enterprise software engineer and technical manager who worked on telecoms and finance projects. He uses all available building blocks to create great web experiences.

Décio, zkipster’s CTO, has broad experience gained from senior roles in both startup and corporate environments. He leads our software engineering team from Portugal.

British-born Felice moved to Dubai in 2022 and immersed herself in the events space there, which inspired her to join zkipster. Previously she worked in logistics, including in customer relationship management.
