Yes. The zkipster integration for Salesforce imports Campaign Members from a Salesforce Campaign into your event guest lists, then sends RSVPs, check-ins and walk-in guests back to Salesforce. It's set up in the zkipster Integration Hub, with nothing to install in Salesforce.

Connect Salesforce Campaigns to zkipster Events
FROM CAMPAIGNS TO EVENTS
zkipster event management software integrates with Salesforce Campaigns, so your guest lists can begin and end in your CRM, with no spreadsheets in between.
Your Salesforce admin handles the initial setup, then it's over to you and your events team.
NOTHING TO INSTALL
No package or custom objects are added to your org. The only addition is one optional Lead field, used when you export guests added in zkipster.
TWO WAYS TO CONNECT
Sign in with OAuth 2.0, or connect a Salesforce Integration User with JWT, so there's no need to buy an extra Salesforce license.
TEST IN A SANDBOX
Connect a Salesforce sandbox, try the integration with a test event, then switch to production.
YOU CONTROL THE CHANGES
Imports and exports run only when a team member actions them. Empty values in zkipster never overwrite Salesforce data, and the integration never deletes records.
EVERY RUN IS LOGGED
The Activity Log shows who ran each import and export, and every export has a downloadable report listing the reason for any record rejected by Salesforce.
NO NEED TO WAIT
Imports and exports run in the background, with an email letting you know when they're complete. Exports never lock an event, so your team can keep working while they run.

FAQs
The integration is available as an add-on to zkipster Events Enterprise and Professional Annual plans. Get in touch with our team to find out more about pricing.
No. You can connect an existing Salesforce user with OAuth 2.0, or connect with JWT using one of the free Salesforce Integration User licenses included with Enterprise, Performance and Unlimited editions. These licenses only work with JWT.
No. A Salesforce admin first connects your org in the zkipster Integration Hub. This is quickest with OAuth 2.0, and takes 30-60 minutes with JWT. From then on, your events team can run imports and exports themselves.
No. Imports and exports run when a team member starts them, so you control when Salesforce is updated. If you would prefer an automatic sync or work with custom Salesforce objects, the zkipster Events API supports custom integrations and is available as a separate add-on to the Professional Annual and Enterprise plans.
Campaigns, Campaign Members, Leads, Contacts and Accounts, including any custom fields you've added to them.
Create Campaign Member statuses in your Salesforce Campaign that match zkipster guest statuses: Unconfirmed, Confirmed, Declined and Checked-in. Exporting from zkipster Events will then write each guest's status to the matching Campaign Member status. If a status is missing, Salesforce will apply the Campaign's default status instead.
Once a Salesforce admin has set up the Lead field used by the integration, any guests created in zkipster, such as walk-ins added at check-in, will be created as new Leads in Salesforce and added to the Campaign.
Yes. Add a custom guest field, such as Region, in zkipster Events. If your Salesforce records already include a region, map it to that field when you import, or fill it in on each guest's profile in zkipster. Then include the field in your exports, so each guest's region is written to the matching field in Salesforce.
The integration is connected with OAuth 2.0 or JWT, so your Salesforce login is never shared with zkipster. The integration works with Salesforce's minimum permission option if your security policy specifies least-privilege access. Data passes through Workato, zkipster's connection service, which is a named subprocessor in our Data Processing Agreement.
