Art Basel Miami Beach has been one of the busiest weeks on zkipster's guest list platform each year December since the company launched in 2011.

During the week of Art Basel Miami Beach 2015 (December 3-6, 2015), domestic and international event planners created more than 350 events in the Greater Miami area alone with the majority of them connected to Art Basel activities. Based on a sample of 100 events, zkipster's business analytics team was able to identify areas with an above average number of exclusive events and parties. Areas include Collins Avenue between 15th and 44th Street on Miami Beach and Miami's Design District.“The data clearly shows that Miami's Design District is getting hotter, but Miami Beach remains party central”, said David Becker, Co-Founder at zkipster.

While the average show up rate on the Beach was 39 percent, the chances that confirmed guests show up for invite-only events at Miami's Design District were only 29 percent. “We believe this drop in attendance is connected to the fact that a lot of out-of-towners are staying on Miami Beach and that the traffic on the bridges is heavy during the fair,” said Becker.
