The Met Gala or, to give it its full name, The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Benefit, is an event like no other. On the first Monday in May the famous and the fashionable descend on the Met to raise funds and celebrate the opening of its latest fashion exhibition. This year the exhibit is Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion, which inspired the Gala’s Garden of Time dress code. Here’s some of the guests on the green carpet, lensed by BFA.
